Riad Tile is committed to ensuring our digital platforms are accessible to all users, including people with disabilities. Everyone has the right to access information and services with dignity, equality, comfort, and independence.

We are actively improving our website to make it easier to use and more inclusive for all visitors.

Conformance Status

This website is partially conformant with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. Partial conformance means that some parts of the content do not yet fully meet accessibility standards, but we are actively working to improve them.

As part of our ongoing updates, we are also aligning our design and development practices with WCAG 2.2 Level AA, which reflects the most current international accessibility standards referenced under the ADA, Equality Act 2010, and EU Web Accessibility Directive.

Ongoing Efforts and Current Improvements

We are aware of certain areas of our website that present barriers for users relying on screen readers and other assistive technologies.

We have completed a professional accessibility audit with Accessima, led by IAAP-certified accessibility specialists. The audit results have informed the next round of updatesalready underwayas we continue working towards stronger accessibility and alignment with WCAG 2.2 AA standards.

As part of these improvements, we have already implemented several accessibility enhancements across our site, with additional updates continuing to roll out.

Current updates in development include, but are not limited to:

  • Expanding and refining alternative text for visual content
  • Refining keyboard navigation for improved usability
  • Enhancing accessibility of the slide-out shopping cart
  • Adjusting color contrast on several interface elements
  • Improving overall screen-reader compatibility

We are addressing these updates as part of our ongoing accessibility roadmap, continuously monitoring progress through both automated scans and manual usability testing to ensure improvements are effective and consistent across the site.

We have also been developing a new storefront since early 2025 that will be built with accessibility best practices from the ground up. The new design focuses on clarity, compatibility with assistive technologies, and a more inclusive user experience overall.

Riad Tile is committed to providing a positive, accessible experience for all users and will continue enhancing the usability of our digital platforms on an ongoing basis.

Accessibility Tools and Monitoring

We use automated and manual testing methods to identify accessibility barriers and confirm that improvements are effective. Automated scans help flag potential issues, while manual testing and screen reader evaluations verify real usability.

Although automated tools assist in monitoring progress, our long-term focus is on manual review and inclusive design practices rather than relying solely on automated overlays or widgets.

Known Limitations

Some older content or third-party integrations may not yet meet full accessibility standards. We are reviewing these areas and prioritizing updates to resolve them as quickly as possible.
