Sisters Alejandra Mora Closs and Yelitza Mora, founders of BuildTX Solutions and CH Interior Design Studio, believe the most beautiful homes are built through collaboration. For Dunhaven, they created a timeless home defined by craftsmanship, layering handcrafted zellige from Riad Tile with lighting, hardware, and plumbing from Rejuvenation to bring warmth, authenticity, and enduring design to every space.

In the kitchen, Natural White Zellige was selected in both 2x6 and Triangle Mosaic formats to establish the material palette for the home. The handcrafted variation and geometric layout create a backsplash that feels warm, layered, and timeless—setting the tone for every space that follows.
