Statuary White Marble 1″ Penny Round Mosaic 2-1
This week we’re bringing you all of the latest trends in tile, starting with our top 5. From unexpected shapes to new uses for Zellige, we’ll ensure no one misses out on these significant tile moments. Read on below for our favorite tile trends from this past week.

#1: Marble Penny Rounds

We love penny rounds and marble tile, so it’s no wonder we love when they're combined. Our Casablanca Carrara Marble tile comes in many different shapes and sizes, and our 1” Penny Rounds are a darling design. While this form is often on shower floors and underfoot, we adore its use on this beautiful bathroom backsplash. So take note of this unique book, and embrace the unconventional.

#2: Unglazed Zellige

Our authentic Moroccan Zellige has many merits. Among them are a millennia-old legacy, quality craftsmanship, and signature glaze. But what happens when you remove the glaze? As it turns out, nothing detrimental. On the contrary, new and exciting possibilities are born. This fireplace, using our 2”x6” Unglazed Natural Terracotta Zellige, keeps the charisma of Zellige while ramping up its rustic charm.

#3: Zellige Outdoors

We love to see Zellige outdoors in all of its astounding versatility. Pictured here adorning a pool wall, our 4”x4” Emerald Zellige elevates this space with authenticity and an old-world charm that factory-made tiles cannot replicate. We love a statement wall, especially when it’s part of a poolside oasis.

#4: Checkerboard Zellige

Another exciting use of our Zellige is in this checkerboard backsplash below. A fun, playful pattern like this, which uses our 4”x4” Snow White Zellige, highlights the depth and texture of Zellige tile with an even more eye-catching design. This backsplash is tasteful, chic, and charming.

#5: Vintage Marble

Finally, while marble tile can be synonymous with clean, contemporary looks, let’s not forget that it can rock a vintage just as well. This bathroom with our Casablanca Carrara and Nero Marquina Marble in Large Hex Mosaic shows how to get a vintage marble pattern just right. The hints of dusty rose add to the midcentury flair of this room and remind us to stop and appreciate the design shoulders on which we stand today.
