Please Note: All ceramic tile products are subject to differences in color, shape, size, moisture absorption, thickness, and texture. Specialty, handmade ceramic tile may present small imperfections such as dents, tiny cracks, and chips, that add character to the handmade product and are not considered defects.

Glazed ceramic tiles are subject to crazing. Crazing is the cracking solely within the fired glaze due to tensile stresses, temperature fluctuation, or expansions and contraction of the tile body or setting bed. It is not considered a defect and may occur after installation.

This product is not freeze thaw resistant.

Shipping, Lead time and Refunds

  • Orders are shipped on pallets
  • Shipping quoted on our website is for standard freight with curbside delivery
  • Typical lead time for in stock tiles 6-12 days. Proceed to check out for shipping quote
  • Free local pick-up available from our warehouse in Dallas, TX. Select local pick up option at checkout for this option.
  • We strongly advise waiting until the tile is delivered and inspected before scheduling your installation.
  • Riad Tile does not offer refunds or exchanges after an order departs our warehouse. For more information please see review our Customer Service page
  • Detention Fees - Delivery appointments are 30-minutes. If the delivery time extends beyond that window for any reason, additional charges may be incurred that will be the customer’s responsibility.
  • Redelivery Fees - If for any reason the customer is not present for their delivery appointment (both initial or subsequent attempts), then the customer will be responsible for any-and-all redelivery charges incurred.
  • Delivery Location - Riad delivers curbside only. If delivery to another location is provided by the carrier at the point of delivery, additional charges may apply and will be the customer's responsibility. Not all carriers offer service other than curbside, so Riad cannot guarantee another location in advance and cannot offer it as a service, as a result.
  • Storage Fees - Riad's freight carriers hold shipments for up to 48 hours from the time they first contact the customer to set up the delivery appointment at no additional cost. If the order is held longer than 48 hours, the freight company will charge storage fees, which will be the customer’s responsibility.
